Access to the incumbent’s passive infrastructure is an essential element for promoting broadband roll out. On behalf of Vodafone WIK has collected best practices of access to ducts, poles and in-building infrastructure in several leading European countries (DE, ES, FR, PT, U.K.). It has combined these practices to a guideline, for deriving recommendations to national regulatory agencies and the European Commission.
