Macroeconomic effects of value-added telephony services in Germany - Study on behalf of the Association of Telecommunications and Value-Added Service Provid-ers (VATM)

On behalf of the Association of Telecommunications and Value-Added Service Providers (VATM) WIK-Consult has carried out a study on the macroeconomic effects of value added telephony services in Germany. The main objectives of the study are:

  • to illustrate the importance of value added telephony services for Germany;
  • to point out the variety of use cases for value added telephony services in Germany;
  • to analyse in a qualitative way the main business models using value added teleph-ony services;
  • to analyse in a quantitative way the effects of value added telephony services on economic figures.
