WIK-Consult was commissioned by the European Commission, DG Internal Market, to prepare a study on the "Main Developments in the Postal Sector (2004-2006)", May 2006.
For each Member State, the study analyses the development of national frameworks for regulating postal services, the transposition of the Postal Directive and current market developments.
