WIK-Consult has conducted a study for the European Commission (DG Internal Market) on "The Role of Regulators in a More Competitive Postal Market".
This study identifies best practice in postal regulation and gives specific recommendations on how the Third Postal Directive should best be implemented, and how postal regulators could enhance their cooperation.
