EU legislation requires small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to contribute to the twin transformation of digitalisation and climate neutrality.
This study by WIK-Consult and EY analyses the cumulative costs of selected digital and green EU legislation for SMEs and examines the effectiveness of the instruments available to them to reduce costs. The study was commissioned by the European Parliament's Committee on Internal Market and Consumer Protection (IMCO) for the Policy Department for Economic, Scientific and Quality of Life Policies.
